¼ small scotch bonnet (habañero) pepper, stemmed, seeded and minced finely

½ cup (120 ml) spiced rum

1 tbsp (15 ml) tomato paste

1 cup (240 ml) tomato purée

1¼ cups (300 ml) Meat Stock

2 tbsp (30 ml) molasses

2 tbsp (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp allspice

⅛ tsp ground cloves

½ tsp salt
